Are you a parent who is concerned about today’s culture? Do you want to see your university aged child grow in knowledge and be equipped to thrive in the world ahead of them?
Although church, educational and personal programs can be a good support to youth, a more in depth, practical and comprehensive approach is required to deliver a high level grasp of the problems facing today’s society, particularly for those of Judeo – Christian beliefs.
YPAT is your answer. One week with leading thinkers and professionals who are at the coalface of today’s cultural and political battles means that youth will come away with a comprehensive understanding of today’s political, social, cultural and economic challenges – and of how to hold true to their values whilst successfully forging a fulfilling career.
The week covers a wide variety of topics and includes interactive workshops, talks, excursions, social activities and individual strengths assessment so delegates can better understand their skills and future.
FRIENDSHIP BUILDING : A YPAT experience is an excellent opportunity for your son or daughter to make friends with like minded youth and forge connections with future mentors and fellow leaders.
SMALL NUMBERS: We only accept a maximum of 30 delegates to ensure that each delegate receives individual attention and mentoring by our leaders and speakers, with each person being involved in the learning process to the maximum of their capability. It also ensures close friendships are formed by all group members.
COSTS: Although total cost per delegate is $1500 – $1800, some generous sponsors in 2019 made it possible for us to offer the YPAT experience for just $450 per person. Final costings for the 2020 session are not yet available, although it is anticipated they will be similar.
APPLY: Please have your child fill in the following form to be put down as an Expression of Interest for 2020: https://ypat.com.au/apply/
